Log in to your financial institution’s online or mobile banking and navigate to Autodeposit, typically found in the « Interac e-Transfer » settings, add a recipient:

• Recipient (of payment): « Ioana German»
• E-mail (of the recipient): « psy@ioanagerman.com »
• Enter the security Question and Answer of your choice
• Amount payable
• In the section « Message or Reason for the transfer », please enter your file number or your invoice number
• Follow the steps of your financial institution’s to finalize the transaction, until you have obtained a confirmation
• Send the security Question and Answer by email to « psy@ioanagerman.com » after completing the Interac e-Transfer.
